Daniel Boylan

Dan has been working for the community at SAY Detroit Play Center for over eight years, currently in the role of Athletic Director. Passionate about holistic youth development, he brings dedication and expertise towards the goal of empowering the next generation through sports.

Dan also holds the esteemed position of Boys Varsity Basketball Coach at Davis Aerospace Technical High School and is the Co-Founder of Hoops Mind, which specializes in personal growth and basketball development. Dan played basketball while earning his associate degree in Writing, Literature and Publishing from Emerson College.

In his free time you will find Dan advocating for social justice, enjoying basketball, coffee and good food, or cracking wise with friends and family.
