SAY Play members participating in the Health & Wellness activity recently learned how to make their own natural, and eco-friendly all-purpose cleaner. Using herbs grown in our own backyard at the center, Ms. Amber guided members through to the final product, which they took home the to their families. We thought you’d like to try it at home, too! It’s never too early for spring cleaning.

Peppermint Lavender All-Purpose Cleaner Solution
Ingredients
- 1 cup of distilled vinegar
- 1 cup of distilled water
- 1/3 cup lemon essential oil
- Add peppermint and lavender herbs
- Mix well Step
- Pour into a 500ml or .5 liter glass bottle (dark color is best) with spray nozzle top
